All returns are handled on a case-by-case basis and ultimately at the discretion of One and Only Collective Inc.
Damaged or defective items must be reported to One and Only Collective Inc within seven (7) business days of receipt of merchandise.
A Return Merchandise Authorization (RMA) form will be issued by email once the return request has been approved. The RMA must be included in the shipment of returned items.
All merchandise must be returned in its original package with all tags in place. ie: in the condition it was received
Unauthorized returns and any merchandise returned with label changes or modifications will NOT be accepted.
The One and Only Collective Inc return department will inspect the returned items, and store credit will be issued accordingly.
Please Note: A 30% restocking fee shall be charged for items returned against the return policy if a deceision is made to accept the return
